WHERE WE ARE:
We are a privately owned firm in Ceres, California, providing land surveying, mapping, and land planning services in an area extending from Fresno to Sacramento and from the Sierra to San Francisco Bay. We focus on those communities in and around Modesto, Turlock, Waterford, Ripon, and Manteca. We have been operating here in Central California since mid 2007.

WHO WE ARE:
Owner James (Jim) McGurrin, after discharge from the army, attended CSU Northridge where he graduated in 1970 with a BS in Physics. He has worked as a surveyor in Riverside County, and in Fresno County where he received his Land Surveyor's license
(LS 5947). Since 1998 he has been in the Modesto area where he started his own business in 2007.
